Use of the Website

WolfAbility is an e-commerce storefront for purchasing clothing and sportswear from WolfAbility and approved in-house brand partners. You may browse freely without an account. An account is required to complete a purchase.

Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You may sign up with email/password or Google authentication.

Orders & Payments

• Prices are displayed in the selected market currency. Ghana customers see GHS by default.
• Orders are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud
• Payment is processed securely through Paystack hosted checkout. We do not store card, mobile money, or bank details.
• Items from brands that have not completed payout setup may be visible but cannot be checked out until payments are enabled.

Brand Partners & Fulfillment

Some products may be listed by approved in-house brand partners. WolfAbility remains the customer support contact for orders placed through this website, and we coordinate with the relevant brand to fulfill paid orders.

Delivery

We deliver across Ghana. Delivery estimates depend on whether the delivery location is in or around Accra.

• In/Around Accra: usually 3-5 working days
• Outside Accra: usually 5-10 working days
• Orders above GHS 1,000 qualify for free delivery
• Delivery charges, free delivery eligibility, and delivery estimates are shown before payment
• We may contact you to confirm your map location, GPS address, landmark, or phone number

All Sales Final — No Returns

Goods sold are not returnable. All purchases on WolfAbility are final. Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review your size, color, and order details carefully before checking out.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

All content, designs, logos, and branding on this website are owned by WolfAbility and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Disclaimer

The website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Product colors may vary slightly from what appears on screen.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WolfAbility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products.
